Ladies day in Dubai offers a variety of additional benefits, from free access to some of Dubai’s best pools, to free drinks and even lunch.
Only women over 21 years old are allowed for the ladies day.
Men over 21 years old will also be able to enjoy this place during the ladies day but with different rates.
Cove Beach
Every Wednesday, for AED 149, women can enjoy five hours of rosé and gin and tonic from 12:00 to 5:00 pm, as well as a lunch tray from the buffet selection. Women can also take advantage of a free deckchair: First come, first served!
Barasti Beach
Ladies day at the Barasti Beach club: From 9am to 4pm on Mondays, there’s unlimited drinks and lunch for Dhs 75, or come before 11am and present a real lemon for free entry. On Tuesdays, it’s 100 Dhs with unlimited rosé, pink cocktails and a selection of appetizers, or free before 11am if you come in a pink swimsuit.
Drift Beach
Ladies day at Drift Beach, located in the chic One&Only Royal Mirage. Every Tuesday, for AED 100, women have access to a Drift “Le Rose” signature cocktail at the finish line and a deck chair from 10:30am to 7pm.
Azure Beach
Azure Beach is the hotel pool at the Rixos JBR. Ladies day from 10am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays: 200 AED for the entrance, which includes five drink vouchers. A DJ will be present to set the scene all day.
Nikki beach
Ladies day at Nikki Beach Dubai (every Tuesday from 11am to 6pm), which offers a lively atmosphere and live music: For AED 250, women can enjoy four free drinks, a two-course lunch and free sunbeds with access to the pool.
White Beach
Ladies Day every Tuesday at White Beach from 12pm to 4pm. For AED 150, women can enjoy four hours of unlimited drinks and cocktails.
Bla Bla Dubai
Ladies day every tuesday between 12 and 4 pm. For women, it’s AED 150 for a bracelet that will get you four hours of white or red wine, sangria, non-alcoholic cocktails or soft drinks, plus a bar snack.
Zero Gravity
One of the oldest ladies day in Dubai is Zero Gravity. Every Tuesday and Thursday starting at 10am, women can enjoy free admission, a welcome drink upon arrival and a gift from a major beauty brand. Guests are asked to bring a towel and email their name to guestlist@0-gravity.ae to register.
Jumeirah Islands Clubhouse
Every Tuesday from 8am to 7pm, women can head to the Jumeirah Islands Clubhouse to enjoy a dish from a specially prepared menu, plus two house drinks and access to the pool for Dhs100 per person.
La Piscina
Every Monday at La Piscina with an infinity pool located in the Palazzo Versace hotel. Women can enjoy free admission between 1 and 4 pm every Monday and three free drinks.
Please note: some ladies day are not available during a short period of time during the hot season as some beach clubs close:

– Drift (closed from July 18th to August 20th)
– Soul beach (closed from July 12 to September 8)
– Nikki beach (closed from August 15 to September 15)
