You can indicate your acceptance of our use of cookies in accordance with this Privacy Policy by clicking OK on the appropriate part of the banner that appears on the Websites or by continuing to use the Sites after the banner is displayed. However, please be aware that if you do not click OK, but continue to browse the Websites, you will be deemed to have accepted our use of cookies (and the reason we use them) in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

What are cookies?

A cookie is a text file containing a small amount of information that is placed on your device when you visit a website. The text file is then sent back to our server each time your browser requests a page from the server. This allows us to operate the Websites more efficiently and to load the Websites so that they reflect your personal preferences, based on your previous browsing sessions on the Websites, as well as keywords that we may collect from the URLs of other web pages from which you accessed the Websites.

What cookies do we use?

When you visit websites, the following types of cookies may be downloaded to your device:

Analysis and performance cookies

We may use analytics service providers to analyze website traffic. Analysis service providers generate statistical and other information about the use of websites using cookies. They allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors and to see how often visitors return to the Websites, how long they visit and how they navigate through our Websites when they use them. This helps us improve the way our websites work, for example, by helping users easily find what they are looking for. The information generated about the Websites may be used to create reports on the use of the Websites and the analysis service provider will store this information.

Advertising or targeting cookies

These cookies record your visit to the websites, the pages you visited and the links you followed to other websites. We will use this information to try and make our websites and other sites you visit more relevant to your interests. We may also share this information for this purpose with other entities, such as other carefully selected companies. We work with technology partners to support our websites and to provide you with relevant information about the products and services of the websites and the affiliated sites or sites belonging to the advertising networks we work with. We may use cookies on our websites to help us place relevant advertisements on third party websites when you visit those sites. If you do not consent to us doing so, please refer to the section of this policy entitled “How to Disable Cookies” below.

Operating cookies

We may use operating cookies that allow us to record the choices you have made on the websites in order to provide you with an enhanced user experience by offering you content tailored to your interests.

Cookies strictly necessary

These cookies are necessary for the administration and operation of our websites. Some of the cookies we use are necessary for the proper functioning of our websites and allow you to navigate our websites and use their features.

Third party cookies

Given the presence of MVD TOURS on different social networks, we try to facilitate as much as possible the sharing of contents and to determine the popularity of the contents on these different networks. We are adding buttons to allow people to easily share content on these networks. We also use Facebook to operate some of the chat features on the Websites. The fact that we include these social “plug-ins” gives these sites the ability to use their own cookies. They cannot read the cookies that we set from our websites and we cannot read the cookies that they set, although they do allow them to perform the same types of traffic measurement on the rest of the websites, as well as to know whether you are connected to their site. For example, if you are logged in to Facebook and want to chat via the chat widget, you can do so directly without having to log in again. We never know whether you are logged in or not, since you communicate directly with Facebook via their plug-ins on our websites. Other sites and services (including, for example, advertising networks, external service providers such as web traffic analysis services and content recommendation engines) may also use cookies over which we have no control. These cookies may be analysis/performance or targeting cookies.

As of May 10, 2018, here are some of the tracking technologies and cookies that we have in place
