Skyviews Observatory:
Located on floors 52 and 53 of the Address Sky View hotel, the observatory offers an unforgettable experience for residents and visitors to Dubai. The panoramic glass elevator will take you to more than 219.5 meters in height to join the activity.
On the 52nd floor, you will discover a glass walkway stretching for 46 meters, surrounded by large glass windows allowing you to enjoy a spectacular view of the fabulous line of skyscrapers and the sparkling city of Dubai.
More than just a viewing platform, the Sky Views Observatory is a one-of-a-kind attraction, and the gateway to another adrenaline-pumping activity; The slide into the void.

Skyviews Observatory & Edge walk
In addition to the observatory visit described earlier, you can enjoy a bird’s eye view of the city and Burj Khalifa. The dizzying walk is one of Dubai’s most thrilling attractions and the first of its kind in the region. It is the highest promenade in the city, on a ledge that wraps around the top of the tower’s main nacelle, over 219.5 meters above the ground – with no windows or other protective barriers but secure of a harness.

– Good physical condition required
– Compulsory basketball
– Not allowed for pregnant women
– Not allowed for people prone to discomfort
– Weigh between 30 and 120 kgs
– Measure between 135cms and 200cms
– Activity subject to weather, which can be canceled and postponed in case of bad conditions
