Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation 48 hours or less before the activity: no refund will be accepted except in exceptional cases, you will have to approach our customer service by e-mail at in order to make your request which will be reviewed and if possible negotiated with our service providers.

The total amount will be charged in case of no-show and if the activity is not honored. No refund is possible after the booking date of the activity. 

When an activity is marked “exchangeable”, this only concerns the chosen date.

When an activity includes the words “refundable under conditions”, this means that depending on your reason and proof of cancellation, we can negotiate a refund with the service provider who, according to their rules, will be able to grant you a refund or not.

When an activity includes the mention “non-refundable except in exceptional cases” this means that if we manage to resell your tickets, we will be able to refund your reservation.

Rescheduling Policy

Only one free rescheduling is offered except for activities where it is displayed, before paying, that rescheduling is impossible justified by the mention “non-exchangeable”. It must imperatively be communicated 48 hours maximum before the chosen date of the activity. If necessary and in the event of multiple requests for change, these actions will be invoiced at 30% of the amount of the activity, per person.

In the absence of a rescheduling request 48 hours in advance, this will not be granted and no refund will be made.

The activities cannot be canceled due to bad weather, only the partner is able to judge the possibility of carrying out an activity for your safety and according to the orders received by the authorities.
