Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation 48 hours or less before the activity: no refund will be accepted except in special cases, you will have to approach our customer service by e-mail at in order to make your request which will be reviewed and if possible negotiated with our service providers.

The total amount will be charged in case of no-show and if the activity is not honored. No refund is possible after the booking date of the activity. 

When an activity is marked “free amendment”, this only concerns the chosen date, the activity cannot be cancelled.

When an activity includes the words “Free refund under conditions”, this means that depending on your reason and proof of cancellation, we can negotiate a refund with the service provider who, according to their rules, will be able to grant you a refund or not.

When an activity includes the mention “non-refundable except in exceptional cases” this means that if we manage to resell your tickets, we will be able to refund your reservation.

When an activity has no refund or exchange conditions, it means that the activity is not refundable or exchangeable
